Ms. Helen Joni Marsinih was born in Padang, October 8, 1969 and she is one of MMIK founders. Ms. Helen Joni Marsinih obtained her Law Degree from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, Jakarta in 1992, majoring in Law on Economic Activities.

Before establishing MMIK, she has had experience as a legal consultant for more than 11 (eleven) years at another lawfirm in Jakarta. Presently, she is licensed as an Advocate from Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) and Indonesian Capital Markets Legal Consultants at Capital Market Supervisory Board and Financial Institution (Bapepam dan LK).

She is one of the legal team at Hugh Fraser International, an international corporate and commercial legal services based in Dubai and Perth. She has expertise in general corporate, capital market, corporate & loan restructuring, merger & acquisition, insurance and litigation.

Ms. Helen Joni Marsinih speaks Indonesian and English fluently.
