Ms. Hayu Kurniasih was born in Jakarta, September 23, 1983 and she is one of MMIK associates. Ms. Hayu Kurniasih obtained her Law Degree from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, Jakarta in 2004, majoring in Legal Practice.

Before joining MMIK in 2005, she has had experience as a legal consultant at Institution of Consultation and Legal Aid – Alternative Dispute Resolution (Lembaga Konsultasi dan Bantuan Hukum – Pilihan Penyelesaian Sengketa). Presently, she is licensed as an Advocate from Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI).

Ms. Hayu Kurniasih has participated at seminars & workshops, recently participated in a workshop relating to socialization of Law No. 25 of 2007 – Investment Law, socialization of Regulation of Bank Indonesia No. 10/7/PBI/2008 - Non Bank Company Offshore Loan Facility. She has expertise in general corporate, project financing, investment, and litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution.

Ms. Hayu Kurniasih speaks Indonesian and English fluently.
