Ms. Dian Sita Sari Kusdihardjo was born in Jakarta, May 25, 1969 & she is one of MMIK founders. Ms. Dian Sita Sari Kusdihardjo obtained her Law Degree from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, Jakarta in 1994, majoring in Law on Economic Activities & Economic Degree from Faculty of Economy, University of Trisakti, Jakarta in 1995.

Before establishing MMIK, she has had work experiences as a legal consultant for more than 10 (ten) years at another lawfirm in Jakarta. Presently, she is licensed as an Advocate from Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) & Indonesian Capital Markets Legal Consultants at Capital Market Supervisory Board & Financial Institution (Bapepam & LK).

She is one of the legal team at Hugh Fraser International, an international corporate and commercial legal services based in Dubai and Perth. She has expertise in general corporate, oil & gas transaction, project financing, merger & acquisition.

Ms. Dian Sita Sari Kusdihardjo speaks Indonesian and English fluently.
