Provide legal advices and necessary legal actions in relation to the transactions and/or project of oil & gas, among others:

- legal opinion regarding the transaction
- assisting bidding and implementation process of the project, in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia
- negotiation with contractors or suppliers or other consultants or related institutions/third parties
- due diligence regarding the agreement by and between the company and contractor or supplier
